I’m a Mexico City–based commercial strategist and creative technologist working across sales systems, telecommunications, automation, and AI-driven communication.
My work focuses on helping companies improve the way they connect with customers through cloud telephony, conversational AI, WhatsApp automation, and modern sales processes designed to simplify communication and support business growth.
Over the years, I’ve become deeply interested in the relationship between technology, human behavior, and commercial systems — especially how automation and AI can enhance customer interactions without losing clarity, efficiency, or the human side of communication.
Outside of my professional work, I’ve spent many years involved in audiovisual art, experimental media, and collaborative creative projects exploring sound, image, memory, and live performance.
I’m also passionate about endurance, running, calisthenics, continuous learning, and building systems — both technical and personal — around discipline, curiosity, and long-term consistency.
I enjoy experimenting with new tools, workflows, and ideas across both commercial and creative environments.
